Cheeses
We start with a base of nourishing, real ingredients like cashews, cannellini beans, and coconut, and then culture it. We blend in gourmet flavors like Italian black summer truffles and Herbes de Provence, so you can pair them with anything. They’re spreadable, spoonable, recipe-ready, and worthy of serving at your table. Truly.

Hot Sauces
First, we ferment our peppers in a salt brine for mouth-watering tanginess and unbeatable flavor. Then, we carefully layer seasonal and specialty ingredients for bold, globally-inspired flavor. As always, we leave out all things artificial, gluten, dairy, and seed oils. They’re great on tacos, grilled proteins, and just about everything else.

Philosophy
We make the kind of food we want to eat. The cheeses were born of Delaney’s desire to have dairy-free cheeses that taste and function like cheese (wild concept, we know). The hot sauces were born of Jake’s affinity for fermentation. Prophecy is here to craft foods around which you will gather your friends and family. Cheers!
