Pimento Dip
Our pimento dip is a Prophecy-style take on a classic pimento cheese. It’s made from our signature dairy-free cheese, seasoned with lots of chopped pimiento peppers, our One Eyed Owl classic Louisiana-style hot sauce, garlic, and smoked paprika. It’s smooth and creamy with a little kick. It tastes great on a sandwich with thickly-sliced summer tomatoes, or paired with tortilla chips or crudités for an easy snack.
